Security
The security of SitEducate is our number one priority. Not only do we provide you with a secure environment from within which you can manage and update SitEducate, but all your web hosting is attentively managed. The data centre offers redundant power and networking equipment, 24x7x365 monitoring, precise climate control and a redundant tier one backbone. The security of our hosting, the privacy of all information you provide to us and the redundancy of the web servers that back you up are our primary concern.
Reliability
All SitEducate solutions are supported by arguably the most efficient and knowledgeable support team in the industry. Our hosting providers have won numerous awards for outstanding support and they offer the kind of personal attention you won’t find anywhere else. Daily backups and secure, redundant servers power all aspects of SitEducate.
SitEducate uses the Microsoft Server 2003 operating system to optimise the stability and security of our services. This hosting server runs MS SQL full release, uses IIS 6.0 and has dual Xeon processors at 2.4GHz, Raid 5 array hard drives and features redundant power supplies. The Raid 5 array provides one degree of in-built redundancy (i.e. it automatically protects against hard disk failure). Further redundancy is introduced by daily automated backups.
