A committed SitEducate team stands ready to exceed your service and project expectations.
You can confidently move forward supported by a dedicated team of project managers, account managers, designers, photographers, trainers, customer support and product developers. You will not only benefit from this partnership but also join the wider SitEducate school community.
Our transparent approach to get you up and running quickly is designed to leverage your experience into the project whilst recognising the limited resources and time available. A dedicated SitEducate project manager will assist you through the following stages and beyond.
1 |
Initial Meeting (or online demo for remote schools)
By now you have had a chance to review the website, preliminary product information and possibly experimented with your initial demo site. We are now ready to catch-up to discuss your communications requirements and showcase SitEducate to key project stakeholders. In this meeting we normally would address particular questions you may have, demonstrate SitEducate and agree on how we should best move forward. |
2 |
Demo Site Setup & Review (Optional)
We will setup a standalone SitEducate demo site for you to login. Why not satisfy yourself that SitEducate is the right solution for you before moving forward. We will partly customise the site with your logo, colours and school photos to provide you with a realistic environment to assess SitEducate functionality and supporting documentation. You can even share the link and login between colleagues to get feedback from multiple decision makers. |
3 |
Project Brief Preparation & Sign Off
Now that you have had a chance to consider your requirements, we look forward to working with you to prepare a project brief. We will discuss your ideas for a sitemap, the migration of existing content and agree on a project go live date. Depending upon your needs this brief may include options for utilising our custom design, development or even print advertising services. Once you have received and signed off the final project brief (or Work Order) we are ready to move forward. |
4 |
Photography & Design (+ optional integration and development)
We will ensure your existing branding, school values, competitive positioning and industry benchmarks are all accommodated. We even include the option of a photographer to ensure your school is represented as professionally as possible. We will provide you with creative concepts for feedback and agreement prior to moving into the development and design phase. |
5 |
Onsite Training (or online demo for remote schools)
SitEducate is designed to allow users to intuitively manage and control school communication. As well as offering both guides and manuals on the functionality of SitEducate, we will also provide administration and content editors training sessions to an unlimited number of participants. You can choose the train-the-trainer approach or elect to widen the training to more participants. |
6 |
Content Population
We will provide assistance in the setup and population of your SitEducate website, and will populate the first few pages for you. Some schools may take this opportunity to undertake a complete overhaul of their content, branding, communications strategy and content to take advantage of the relatively easy deployment possible with the SitEducate platform. |
7 |
Testing & Quality Assurance
Prior to going live with your new website, sending out the first newsletter or unveiling SitEducate to the wider school community, we will provide the solution to you on a private staging server and work with you to ensure it meets strict testing and quality assurance standards. Once everything has been tested and signed off by you, we will transfer the site to our production servers and we will go live! |
8 |
Go Live
Most schools will be ready to go live within 6 weeks of agreeing to the project brief. Celebrate the first stage of what promises to be an exciting future partnership with SitEducate. |
9 |
User Group Consultation + Ongoing Training & Support + Updates
Access regular free online training sessions on new features or for new SitEducate users. Attend 6-monthly user group meetings to help determine upcoming development priorities. You will continue to benefit from a dedicated team committed to service excellence and provision of the latest technology. |
