Initial Training |
Two comprehensive training sessions are undertaken onsite to ensure you can get up and running quickly. Training is usually undertaken in a computer lab so that all participants get hands-on experience of how easy it is to use SitEducate.
The first 2 hour content editor and publisher training will get you up and running quickly with content migration and publishing.
The second 2 hour training session is for SitEducate administrators with a focus on user setup, group permissions, mini-site creation and calendar administration. This is not a technical training and should be attended by key staff. |
Documentation |
SitEducate documentation provides an easily accessed reference to assist to get new users up and running quickly and to provide convenient instructions on less commonly used functions. Documentation is provided during the initial training and is also available online in the latest version once logged on.
The SitEducate Guide features step-by-step illustrated guidelines on basic content publishing and a range of other system functionality.
Separate Editors Manual and Administrator Manuals are comprehensive manuals on the underlying content management system that powers SitEducate. These manuals act as reference documents for users wishing to utilise more of the advanced features of the powerful content management system.
We will also be progressively offering Quick Tips online to assist users who are looking for convenient hints on how to make the most of SitEducate whilst using the system. |
